Interflora v Marks & Spencer and Football Association Premier League v QC Leisure.

Roger Wyand QC and Simon Malynicz appeared in the CJEU in the Interflora v Marks & Spencer case concerning the use of registered trade marks as Google AdWords on 13th October 2010. Andrew Norris and Tom St Quinton appeared in the CJEU on 5th October 2010 in the satellite broadcasting rights case of the Football Association Premier League v QC Leisure.
