Public Access

In 2004 the Bar Standards Board relaxed its requirements with respect to instructing barristers.  It is now possible to instruct members of the Bar under the Public Access Scheme (PAS) without employing the services of a solicitor.  The following members of Hogarth Chambers are licensed to accept instructions on this basis:
