Dyson v Samsung

The claimant sought to revoke the defendant’s two patents relating to cyclonic vacuum cleaner technology.  The case involved consideration of an unusually large combination of prior art citations and patent claims.  Arnold J held that the patents were obvious but allowed some of the post-grant amendments sought by the defendant.
