Vector v Glatt

The Court of Appeal considered the post-grant amendment of a patent concerning a fluidised particle spray device.  The Court rejected the argument that amendment on the basis of one of the alternatives shown in the patent as granted involved an intermediate generalisation and provided guidance on that issue.
