The EPORs continue to report cases of use to EPO practitioners, including major decisions by the Enlarged Board of Appeal marking changes in or developments of the law or procedure in the EPO, decisions of the Legal and Technical Boards of Appeal continuing and developing lines of case law and decisions in appeals in procedural cases highlighting potential pitfalls for practitioners.
