The most commonly used pricing model for barristers at Hogarth Chambers is an hourly rate, which can be discussed with their clerk, as can the likely timescales for any work required.
Court hearings are usually dealt with by way of a brief fee and daily refresher fee. This again can be discussed with the relevant clerk.
Members of Chambers may in appropriate circumstances also be willing to undertake work on the basis of a fixed fee or a conditional fee agreement.
All fees will include VAT where applicable.
