Grisbrook v MGN: In proceedings brought by a freelance photographer, Mr. Grisbrook, against Mirror Group Newspapers, Patten LJ held on 16 October 2009 that it was an infringement of his copyrights for MGN to make an electronic archive of their published editions available to the public as a commercial venture.
