Last week saw Edward Cronan win ‘Junior IP Barrister of the Year’ at the annual Managing IP awards. This comes off the back of an impeccable year for Ed, winning five High Court trials:
AIM Sport v Supponor EWHC 164 (Pat).
Nokia v OPPO & OnePlus EWHC 2814 (Pat)
Carku v NOCO EWHC 2034 (Pat)
Advanced Bionics v MED-EL EWHC 1345 (Pat)
Commscope v SOLiD Technologies EWHC 769 (Pat)
Other members of Hogarth Chambers also saw recognition, with no less than five other nominations within various categories for Nicholas Caddick KC, Roger Wyand KC, Simon Malynicz KC, Tom St Quintin and Michael Hicks as well as Hogarth Chambers itself being nominated for ‘IP Set of the Year’.
The team that attended had an immensely good time thanks to the fantastic people behind Managing IP and we thoroughly look forward to next year where we hope for even more success.
